Mr. Nasim Fouzul Nilaufer
Nasim Fouzul Nilaufer is an enthusiastic and an energetic youth leader, who hails from a very respectable family well recognized for their services and a mentor for many youths in the southern part of Sri Lanka. He is also a smart, talented and an influential administrator. He is presently working as the Assistant General Manager in a leading private hospital southern region in Sri Lanka and reading a Master degree in Business Administration.
Nilaufer is a strong believer in communal harmony and keen in promoting to foster unity among all communities and ethnic groups.
He is a member of the Lions clubs International, Leo movement and Sarvodhaya youth brigade and many local welfare and social services organizations.
He received many awards in recognition of service.
Leo of the Year (LOY) for the year 2011/2012, Young Marshal of Social Services Award in 2010/2011 and many International Appreciation Awards from Lions Clubs International.
He was the Leo District President of the International Lions District 306 A1 for the year 2012/2013, Director of Leo Multiple District 306 and holds many positions in both club and district levels. At present holds the position of Assistant Secretary Lions Club of Galle.

Sajitha De Mel is the Founder/President of Advent Global Management in Sri Lanka & in Singapore.
As an Entrepreneur/Brand Builder & Motivator he has many accolades under his name; the Young Marketer Award 2015 at the Marketing Excellence Awards held in India, Young Achiever Award 2014 at the Global Brands Excellence Awards held in Singapore, Nominee for the Young International Freight Forwarder of the Year 2013 held in UK. NASCO Award winner 2008.
He was recognized as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award winner in Sri Lanka in 2010 along with the Famous Cricketer Mahela Jayawardena.He was the National Director for Heritage Pageants International 2016 & the Team Principal for Advent Racing/Black Samurai Chess Academy.
He is also the National Director for Junior Model International & Miss Super Globe. He is the Country head for India Glam Fashion Week.He also is a feature writer and has his own column, Racers Pulse, for Motor Magazine.He is a Paul Harris Fellow for Rotary Clubs International & a Past President for Lions Club of Nugegoda Central.He is a Graduate Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Directors & a Member of the Management Club.In 2013, he was conferred the title of Certified Professional Marketer by the Asia Marketing Federation & in 2010, He was honored as an All Island Justice of Peace in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Roshan Fernando counts more than 15 years of experience in banking industry, of which the last 5 years with Pan Asia Bank where he has been functioning at the capacity of Branch Manager. He was instrumental in turning the first appointed branch into the best branch in the region.
Prior to that, he worked nearly 10 years with the HSBC, where he started global banking career in Retail Banking & Wealth Management, where he started his career as a Personal Banking Advisor, through his commitment, hard work and professional training he was fortunate to win most of the awards such as Best Sales Champion Award, Overall Best Performer Award and who got the opportunity to participate HSBC Asia Pacific Sales & Service Convention which was held in Dubai. He was succeeded as Sales Manager in Retail Banking & Wealth Management at HSBC.

Manoj Krishantha Fernando is a passionate, self-motivated, bilingual individual with sound educational background evident with the BSc (Hons) in IT. His experience over 5 years in the government sector has molded him with correct competencies and attitude to serve the society. His expertise in the field of volunteering is over 12 years, which shows his passion for volunteer services. In 2005 Manoj has been privileged to represent Sri Lanka at the World Youth Congress in Scotland. He has also volunteered at the World Youth Day, Cologne 2005.

His nine (9) years experiences gained engaging with Sri Lanka Public Service and thirteen (13) years experiences being an activist of NGOs paved his way to serve the communities without borders voluntarily building good will, harmony and peace.
